The property consist in four (4) adjacent lots totaling 30,000 square feet in Miami, Florida. The company development plans for a dual-branded 206-room hotel that includes a Residence Inn by Marriott. The project is anticipated to start in November 2015 and is expected to open in March 2017.
Management will assemble a multidisciplinary team to oversee the design and construction of the 206-room property. The Company will also be responsible for providing the following services:
- Engineering
- Permitting
- Procurement of furniture, fixtures and equipment
- Opening
- Design
