The property consists in four (4) adjacent lots totaling 20,000 square feet in the in an irreplaceable location between the renowned Design District, walking distance to the Midtown shops and just couple minutes driving to the trendy Wynwood area in Miami, Florida.
The company development plans for a 133-room hotel with view to the Biscayne Bay that includes a Hilton brand, 10.000 Sqf of Retail fronting the 36th Street and 40.000 Sqf of Boutique Offices. The project is anticipated to start in the first quarter of 2020 and is expected to open in 3rd Quarter of 2021.
Management will assemble a multidisciplinary team to oversee the design and construction of the 133-room property. The Company will also be responsible for providing the following services:

- Procurement of furniture, fixtures and equipment
