165 rooms TownPlace Suites (by Marriott) hotel, which is expected to be completed in June 2016. Subsequently, the Company will be responsible for asset managing of the hotel property.
The Company will serve as a liaison between The Group and the TownPlace Suites brand, assisting with cost estimating, pre-opening, technical services, renovations and brand conversion. Subsequently, the Company will implement a successful operating strategy that will combine economies of size with agility in deploying resources focused on achieving The Group’s investment goals.
Specifically, the Company will have full responsibility for the following hotel development phases:
- Permitting
- Procurement of furniture, fixtures and equipment
- Opening
- Construction
- Brand management
- Operation
- Interior design
- Pre-opening
